You can mix all ingredients by hand within a few minutes (or use an electric mixer), add some water and a little bit of oil, and you are all set. You don’t even have to knead the dough! Follow our simple instructions and your home will be filled with the aroma of newly baked bread. Each bag makes lots of delicious Rustic bread: 2 boules (1 lb. each) or 1 loaf (2 lbs.) or 9 buns. If this seems like a lot of bread, don’t worry; you can easily freeze it. Made from these simple ingredients: gluten-free organic buckwheat flour, gluten-free stone ground brown rice flour, gluten-free potato starch, organic psyllium husk, yeast, and sea salt. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and vegan!

We offer discount shipping at $6 per order, and free shipping for orders over $50 using FREESHIPPING at checkout. Orders placed by Sunday will ship by Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed after the Sunday deadline will ship the following week (by Wednesday of the next week).

SUSTAINABILITY: In a sustainability effort we are providing our products in compostable paper bags (please remove tin-tie and labels).
