Keto-friendly (only 2g of net carbs per muffin), Gluten-free, Dairy- Free and Nut-Free. Also free of any plastic wrapping served in unbleached compostable forms. We take organic sunflower seeds and grind them ourselves into flour before baking. Ingredients: organic sunflower seed flour, organic coconut oil, free-ranged and humanely certified eggs, organic coconut sugar, psyllium husk, purDeliverZeroe vanilla extract, gluten-free baking powder, sea salt, and Swedish soft “pepparkakor” spice mix.
